Conference registration includes admission to two days of conference sessions, luncheons, exhibit floor, coffee breaks, keynote presentations, networking events, professional meetups as well as the M-Enabling Summit opening night cocktail reception. Full package includes the addition of one day M-Enabling Expert Forum presented by IAAP held October 26th.
Accommodation Services
- American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation will be provided in all plenary and breakout sessions, and Real Time Captioning (CART) will be available in all sessions on screen and with URL for mobile or personal computer viewing.

- If you require accommodations to participate in the M-Enabling Summit, please indicate those on your registration form by September 15th, 2022.
- If you require specific accommodations not listed in the registration form, please contact info@m-enabling.thedev.ca to discuss your needs. We require notification prior to September 15th, 2022, either via email or other written notice, in order to secure the necessary materials and services, subject to availability.
Health Safety Protocols
The M-Enabling Summit is committed to working with the venue, service providers, and vendors to customize a “health safety first” approach throughout all phases of event production and onsite execution. Review our health safety protocols.
Registration Policies
- Cancellation Policy: Conference registration is non-refundable. A registered participant may substitute the name of another person in his or her place if received prior to September 15th. Name change requests should be submitted via email to info@m-enabling.thedev.ca
- Registration is available on site. Valid forms of payment onsite include credit card (preferred) or check. No cash will be accepted. 5% processing fee will be added to those who register onsite.
- International participants who require a visa to enter the United States will be provided with further information on their registration confirmation e-mail.
- Personal Care Attendants may not attend any conference activities without the registered participant they are assisting.
- Group registration discounts are available for groups of 10+ or more. Please contact info@m-enabling.thedev.ca
- There are no refunds for no-shows.
- Attendees must have conference credentials with them to access conference sessions.
- Attendees must comply with the event health safety protocols.
Event Photography Policy
Attendees recognize that their photograph and/or likeness may be used for promotional purposes and grant M-Enabling Summit the right to use their image in promotional materials for the M-Enabling Summit and other M-Enabling programs and events.
